Commando Security Force (CSF) is hiring skilled ITI-qualified manpower for deployment at a leading agrochemical manufacturing facility in Dahej, Gujarat.

1. Plant Operator

- Qualification: ITI (AOCP – Attendant Operator Chemical Plant)
- Experience: 3–4 years in a chemical/process plant environment
- Shift: Fixed day shift, 12 hours
- Key responsibilities: Operate and monitor plant machinery and process equipment, ensure safe start-up/shutdown procedures, maintain process parameters within specified limits, report deviations promptly, adhere to plant safety and SOP guidelines

2. Maintenance Fitter

- Qualification: ITI (Fitter)
- Experience: 3–4 years in industrial/plant maintenance
- Shift: Fixed day shift, 12 hours
- Key responsibilities: Carry out preventive and breakdown maintenance of mechanical equipment, fitting and fabrication work, troubleshoot mechanical faults, coordinate with plant operations for timely repairs, maintain maintenance records

Location: Dahej, Gujarat Compensation: As per industry standards

Employment Type: Full-time, on-site

Qualifications

- Strong skills in plant operations and process monitoring to ensure efficient and safe running of equipment.
- Proficiency in machine operation and basic maintenance for handling routine adjustments and minor repairs.




- Experience with quality control procedures to maintain product standards and reduce operational errors.
- Ability to operate forklifts or similar material-handling equipment, following all safety guidelines.
- Relevant technical diploma or vocational training in mechanical, electrical, or industrial disciplines preferred.
- Knowledge of safety practices, incident reporting, and compliance with organizational and regulatory standards.
- Attention to detail, reliability, and ability to work in shifts and in a fast-paced industrial workplace.
- Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with operations, maintenance, and security teams.
