Job Summary : Aesthevity & Co. is seeking a highly skilled, Board-Certified Freelance Plastic Surgeon to join our premier advanced clinical wellness and medical aesthetics ecosystem. Unlike traditional assembly-line clinics, we focus on root-cause scientific evaluation, psychological transformation, and long-term sustainable vitality.

In this freelance role, you will partner with our in-house multidisciplinary team (including counselors, hormone specialists, and dermatologists) on a case-by-case basis. You will step in to provide expert surgical consultations and perform advanced aesthetic or corrective procedures for patients whose confidence goals require surgical interventions.

Key Responsibilities: Specialized Consultations & Patient Care

- Root-Cause Assessments: Conduct comprehensive pre-surgical evaluations to align surgical pathways with the patient’s psychological health, metabolic profile, and long-term wellness goals.
- Ethical Counselling: Educate patients transparently on procedural steps, realistic surgical outcomes, recovery timelines, and any associated risks, upholding our strict commitment to ethical practices.
- Custom Treatment Mapping: Collaborate with our internal medical team to integrate surgical plans smoothly alongside existing hormone therapies, weight management programs, or post-op skin rejuvenation protocols.

Surgical & Minimalistic Procedures

- Aesthetic Surgeries: Perform high-precision elective procedures such as gynecomastia correction, body contouring, liposuction, rhinoplasty, facelifts, or blepharoplasty.
- Advanced Non-Surgical Treatments: Provide high-ticket, advanced injectables or deep-plane scar revisions that require a surgeon's refined anatomical mastery.
- Safety & Excellence:



Execute all surgical procedures at our designated partner surgical facilities or fully certified operating theaters, maintaining absolute compliance with medical safety standards.

Post-Operative Management & Confidentiality

- Recovery Tracking: Oversee immediate post-operative care plans, including healing evaluations, pain management guidance, and scar-minimization protocols.
- Discreet Documentation: Maintain detailed, structured, and completely confidential medical records within our secure system.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Education: MBBS followed by MS in General Surgery and MCh / DNB in Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery.
- Licensure: Valid registration with the Maharashtra Medical Council (MMC) and Medical Council of India (MCI). Active qualified indemnity insurance is mandatory.
- Experience: Minimum of 3–5 years of post-qualification experience practicing aesthetic surgery, with a strong portfolio of successful body and facial enhancements.
- Alignment with Holistic Care: An understanding of how hormonal health impacts tissue healing, skin elasticity, and overall body composition.
- Soft Skills: High emotional maturity, empathetic patient-handling style, and exceptional communication skills to manage high-net-worth individuals or sensitive confidence issues.
