Required Qualifications

- B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering with minimum 6 years of experience, or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering with minimum 10 years of experience.
- Experience in Plant & Machinery management, operation, maintenance, and supervision on High-Speed Rail, Railway, Metro, or other major infrastructure projects.
- Experience in handling and monitoring construction equipment such as cranes, batching plants, concrete pumps, generators, compressors, lifting equipment, and other heavy machinery.
- Knowledge of equipment planning, preventive maintenance, breakdown maintenance,



equipment utilization, safety requirements, and machinery documentation.
- Experience in coordinating with contractors, equipment operators, maintenance teams, and project management personnel.

Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and monitor the deployment, operation, and utilization of Plant & Machinery at the Bullet Train project site.
- Ensure all machinery and equipment are properly maintained, inspected, and available for construction activities.
- Monitor preventive maintenance, breakdown maintenance, servicing, and repair activities to minimize equipment downtime.
- Coordinate with Contractors and project teams for equipment planning, mobilization, deployment, and productive utilization.
- Maintain records of equipment availability, utilization, maintenance, breakdowns, fuel consumption, and operating hours.
