Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Placement Officer at Ashwerra.

The Placement

Officer will coordinate campus placement activities, build and maintain relationships with employers, and promote Ashwerra’s training and certification programs to hiring partners. The role involves guiding learners and trainees through career counseling, resume preparation, interview readiness, and job search strategies.

Officer will collaborate with training and education teams to align curriculum with market needs, track placement outcomes, and continuously improve placement processes. The position requires proactive outreach, regular communication with stakeholders, and accurate reporting on placement metrics.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess robust campus placement and employer relationship management skills.
- Candidates should possess excellent communication skills, including written, verbal, and interpersonal communication.
- Candidates should possess career counseling and guidance skills, with the ability to support learners in job readiness.
- Candidates should possess training and education-related skills, preferably in EdTech, IT, or professional development domains.
- Experience in placement coordination, recruitment, talent acquisition, or student services is beneficial.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage multiple stakeholders, and meet placement targets.
- Strong organizational and reporting skills, with proficiency in digital tools and CRM or LMS platforms.
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Human Resources, Business, or a related field is preferred.
