Job Summary

Offenso Hackers Academy is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Placement Manager – IT to lead the placement function across all branches. The primary responsibility of this role is to manage the entire placement team, build strong corporate connections across Kerala, and consistently generate relevant IT job and internship opportunities for our students.

Main Responsibilities

- Manage and lead the Placement Team across all branches of Offenso Hackers Academy.
- Set placement targets for branches and monitor the performance of Placement Coordinators/Executives.
- Travel across Kerala to meet companies, HR teams, recruiters, and potential hiring partners.
- Build and maintain strong corporate relationships and recruitment partnerships with IT companies, cybersecurity firms, software companies, and other relevant organizations.
- Proactively identify companies with hiring requirements and generate new job and internship vacancies for students.
- Develop a strong network of HR professionals, recruiters, talent acquisition teams, and industry contacts.
- Understand company requirements and coordinate with the internal placement team to provide suitable candidate profiles.
- Ensure a consistent flow of quality vacancies across all branches.
- Coordinate and support recruitment drives, interviews, walk-in drives, and other hiring activities.
- Monitor the complete placement process, from vacancy generation and candidate sourcing to selection and joining.




- Review branch-wise placement performance and take corrective actions wherever required.
- Conduct regular meetings with the placement team and provide guidance, support, and performance feedback.
- Maintain and expand the organization's corporate database and recruitment network.
- Prepare regular placement reports and present placement performance to management.
- Develop strategies to improve the overall placement rate and quality of placements.

Requirements

- 4+ years of experience in placements, recruitment, corporate relations, business development, or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of the IT recruitment ecosystem.
- Proven ability to build and maintain corporate relationships.
- Strong networking and communication skills.
- Experience in managing and leading a team.
- Target-oriented and proactive approach.
- Willingness to travel extensively across Kerala.
- Robust negotiation, relationship-building, and presentation skills.
- Experience with IT companies, cybersecurity firms, EdTech/training institutes, or recruitment organizations will be an added advantage.
