? Pune | ? 3+ Years Sales Experience

We are looking for a target-oriented and hands-on Sales Manager to develop and grow our offline business.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop dealer & distributor network
- Drive B2C sales through exhibitions, societies and events
- Generate and convert sales leads
- Manage dealer relationships and market development
- Achieve monthly sales targets
- Plan and execute field sales activities
- Track competition and market opportunities
- Coordinate sales team / field activities
- Maintain regular sales reporting and follow-ups

Ideal Candidate:

A result-oriented sales qualified with strong communication, market-development ability and a proven track record of achieving targets.

- EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT / PERSONAL EXECUTIVE COORDINATOR

? Pune | ? 3+ Years Experience Preferred

? ₹3–12 LPA | Exceptional candidates can be considered higher

We are looking for a mature, trustworthy, well-organized and flexible professional to work closely with the Founder and support day-to-day executive and business priorities.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage appointments, calendar, meetings and daily schedules
- Coordinate travel, flights, hotels, bookings and itineraries
- Manage follow-ups, reminders, updates and important communications




- Coordinate with employees, customers, vendors and business associates
- Track multiple matters and ensure timely follow-up and closure
- Handle changing priorities and situations with maturity and discretion
- Maintain confidentiality in business and personal matters
- Support day-to-day coordination across multiple businesses
- Travel with the Founder / for business requirements when required
- Be comfortable with outstation travel and staying outside Pune for 2–3 days at a time, as required
- Driving may occasionally be required — valid driving licence and confidence in driving preferred The right candidate should be:

This is not a conventional secretary role. We are looking for someone who can become a reliable right-hand support to the Founder, understand priorities, anticipate requirements and handle situations independently.
