Role Description This is a full time, on-site role based at Harvest International School in Bengaluru for a Photographer/Videographer/Social Media Manager. The role involves planning, shooting, and editing high-quality photos and videos of school events, classroom activities, projects, and campus life to showcase the school’s culture and achievements. The team member will manage end-to-end content production, including pre-production planning, lighting and audio setup, post-production editing, and file organization in a structured media library.

Daily responsibilities include creating engaging visual content for social media channels, drafting captions, scheduling posts,



and monitoring audience engagement and feedback. The role will also collaborate closely with academic and administrative teams to capture key milestones, maintain brand consistency in all visual communications, and support marketing campaigns, newsletters, and website updates.

Qualifications

- Strong photography skills, including composition, lighting, and camera operation for both indoor and outdoor school environments.
- Proficiency in videography, including storyboarding, filming, audio capture, and video editing for short-form and long-form content.
- Experience with photo and video editing software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or equivalent tools).
- Hands-on experience managing social media platforms (such as Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn), including content planning, posting, and basic analytics.
- Ability to develop visual content aligned with brand guidelines, marketing objectives, and school communication needs.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to write clear, engaging captions and basic copy for posts.
- Strong organizational skills, including managing content calendars, media archives, and multiple projects with deadlines.
- Comfort working in a school environment, with a professional, student-friendly approach and respect for privacy and safeguarding guidelines.
- Relevant diploma or degree in Photography, Film, Media, Design, Communication, or a related field,

Salary - 4-6LPA depending on previous salary and looking for immediate joiners.
