RoleThe PGT Physics Teacher will be responsible for delivering engaging, concept-driven Physics instruction at the Senior Secondary level while developing strong analytical, problem-solving, and scientific reasoning skills among students.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and deliver high-quality Physics lessons aligned with the CBSE curriculum.
- Build strong conceptual understanding and problem-solving abilities among students.
- Prepare lesson plans, assessments, assignments, and academic resources.
- Prepare students effectively for CBSE Senior Secondary examinations.
- Monitor student performance and provide timely academic support and feedback.
- Promote practical, inquiry-based, and experiential learning through laboratory activities.
- Participate actively in academic planning, faculty collaboration, school activities, and student development initiatives.




- Maintain effective communication with students, parents, colleagues, and academic leadership.

Essential Qualifications & Experience

- M.Sc. in Physics from a recognized university.
- B.Ed. is mandatory.
- Minimum 3 years of teaching experience in a reputed CBSE school.
- Robust subject knowledge and command of Senior Secondary Physics.
- Excellent classroom management and communication skills.
- Ability to integrate modern teaching methodologies and technology into classroom instruction.
- Strong commitment to student mentoring and holistic development.
