J Bulls Infotech Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced Performance Marketing Specialist to join our team in Ahmedabad.

We are looking for someone with strong hands-on experience in Meta Ads and Google Ads, particularly for lead generation and conversion-focused campaigns. Experience managing Real Estate campaigns will be highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, manage and scale Real Estate lead generation campaigns
- Manage Meta Ads and Google Ads with a focus on quality leads and conversions
- Monitor and optimise CPL, CPA, CTR, conversion rate and ROAS
- Manage budgets, targeting, retargeting and audience strategies
- Test creatives, ad copy and audiences to improve campaign performance
- Set up and manage tracking through GA4, GTM and Meta Pixel

Requirements





- 2 to 3 years of Performance Marketing experience
- Real Estate campaign experience is required
- Strong hands-on experience with Meta Ads and Google Ads
- Proven experience generating and scaling qualified leads
- Strong understanding of campaign optimisation and conversion tracking
- Agency experience is preferred

Salary: Up to ₹50,000 per month
