Performance Marketing

Growify Digital is hiring a Performance Marketer to independently manage and grow campaigns for our portfolio of luxury fashion and e-commerce brands.

You must have:

- Agency background (performance/digital marketing agency experience is a must)
- Hands-on experience running paid campaigns on Meta and Google Ads
- Experience managing multiple brand accounts independently

What you'll do:

- Own campaign strategy, execution and optimisation across Meta, Google and other paid platforms
- Track ROAS, revenue and other growth metrics; turn data into action
- Manage budgets, troubleshoot underperformance, and report on results
- Mentor junior team members and collaborate with Brand, Design, Website, Sales and Data teams




- Explore AI and automation opportunities in reporting and campaign management

What we're looking for:

- Mid-level experience in performance marketing — ideally with luxury, fashion or D2C brands
- Solid analytical and commercial thinking; comfortable with ROAS, CAC and revenue metrics
- Ownership mindset, strong communication, comfortable in a fast-moving environment
