We are looking for an experienced and result-driven Performance Marketer to manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns for our jewelry brand.

The candidate should have strong hands-on experience in running Google Ads and Meta Ads (Facebook and Instagram Ads) and should be able to create effective campaigns focused on generating website traffic, leads, conversions, and online sales.

This is an in-office role. We are looking for an individual professional who can visit and work from our office and collaborate closely with our internal team.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, create, and manage Google Ads campaigns.
- Create and manage Meta Ads campaigns for Facebook and Instagram.
- Develop performance marketing strategies to increase online sales and conversions.
- Identify and target the right audience for jewelry products.
- Manage advertising budgets effectively.
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize campaigns regularly.
- Track important metrics such as ROAS, CPC, CPA, CTR, conversions, and sales.
- Create retargeting and remarketing campaigns.
- Conduct audience research and competitor analysis.
- Work closely with the creative and marketing team for ad creatives and campaign strategies.
- Provide regular reports and insights regarding campaign performance.




- Suggest recent strategies to improve sales and reduce customer acquisition costs.
- Stay updated with the latest Google Ads and Meta Ads trends and policies.

Candidate Requirements

- Proven experience in Performance Marketing.
- Strong hands-on experience with Google Ads.
- Strong experience with Meta Ads Manager, including Facebook and Instagram advertising.
- Knowledge of conversion tracking, pixels, analytics, and campaign optimization.
- Understanding of ROAS, CPC, CPA, CTR, and other performance marketing metrics.
- Experience in e-commerce, fashion, luxury, or jewelry brands will be preferred.
- Ability to independently manage advertising campaigns and budgets.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Should be available to visit and work from the office.
