Performance Marketer @ Shizz

We like creative. We like results more.

We’re looking for a Performance Marketer who can turn ad spends into actual business — not just pretty dashboards.

Your job

- Plan, launch & optimise Meta and Google Ads campaigns.
- Own campaign performance across CAC, ROAS, CPA, CTR, CVR & revenue.
- Build testing frameworks for creatives, audiences, offers & landing pages.
- Analyse data and turn it into explicit, actionable insights.
- Work closely with the creative & strategy teams to build better-performing ads.
- Manage budgets and scale winning campaigns without burning money.
- Track funnels, attribution and conversion performance.
- Create regular performance reports and communicate what’s working, what isn’t,



and what we should do next.

You

- Have 1–3 years of hands-on performance marketing experience.
- Know your way around Meta Ads Manager & Google Ads.
- Understand D2C funnels, conversion optimisation and attribution.
- Are comfortable with numbers, spreadsheets and dashboards.
- Think beyond “ROAS is down” — you know how to figure out why.
- Can manage multiple brands, budgets and deadlines.
- Are curious, analytical and slightly obsessed with making numbers better.

If you can look at an ad and tell us why it will/won’t work before we spend ₹1 on it.
