Develop accurate 3D BIM models using Autodesk Revit (Architecture/Structure).
Prepare and update BIM models, drawings, and documentation as per project requirements.
Coordinate with architectural, structural, and MEP disciplines to resolve design clashes.
Ensure compliance with project BIM standards, quality requirements, and timelines.
Participate in model reviews and coordination meetings.
Support project teams by incorporating design revisions and maintaining model accuracy.

Requirements
Diploma / BE / B.Tech in Civil Engineering or Architecture.
3–6 years of experience in Architectural or Structural BIM Modelling.
Proficiency in Autodesk Revit (Architecture/Structure).
Experience working on multi-storey residential, commercial, or infrastructure projects.
Valuable understanding of architectural and/or structural drawings, BIM workflows, and project documentation.




Solid coordination and communication skills with the ability to work in a multidisciplinary workplace.
Ability to manage multiple project deliverables and meet deadlines.
