Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Architect / Senior Developer with
robust expertise in Integrated Risk Management (IRM), Business Continuity
Management (BCM), and Security Operations (SecOps) to lead the architecture,
design, development, and implementation of enterprise-grade ServiceNow
solutions.

The ideal candidate will bring deep hands-on platform expertise, solid
solutioning capability, and the ability to translate governance, resilience,
risk, and cyber-security requirements into scalable ServiceNow workflows,
integrations, and user experiences.

Key Responsibilities

ServiceNow Architecture & Solution Design
Lead end-to-end architecture, solution design, and technical delivery for
ServiceNow implementations across IRM, BCM, and SecOps.
Define scalable, secure, and maintainable platform architecture, development
standards, governance controls, and integration patterns.




Collaborate with business stakeholders, cyber-security teams, risk/compliance
teams, and enterprise architects to translate requirements into technical
solutions.
Provide technical leadership for enterprise ServiceNow implementations and
enhancements.
Ensure adherence to ServiceNow best practices, platform governance,
performance optimization, and scalability.

Integrated Risk Management (IRM)
Architect and implement ServiceNow IRM / GRC solutions including:
Risk Management
Policy & Compliance
Audit Management
Regulatory Change Management
Configure risk registers, controls, entity frameworks, indicators, issue
management, and remediation workflows.
Automate governance, risk, and compliance processes for improved audit
readiness and enterprise visibility.
Support integration of IRM processes with CMDB, business applications, and
operational data.

Business Continuity Management (BCM)
Design and implement BCM capa
