Job Description
Job Title: IT Service Desk Analyst Experience: 6months – 2 Years Location: Bangalore/Hyderabad Key Requirements Robust knowledge of computer hardware, software, applications, operating systems, and basic networking . Excellent communication and customer service skills. ITIL certification preferred. Experience in Incident Management, Service Requests, troubleshooting, ticketing, and SLA adherence . Ability to resolve issues remotely and escalate complex incidents when required. Experience with knowledge base and ticket documentation.
