Proxima Human Capital has been mandated by a listed, technology-driven global advanced materials manufacturing company to identify an accomplished skilled for the position of Head – Manufacturing . The company has a significant international footprint, with customers across 90+ countries , and is currently undertaking major capacity expansion and technology-led transformation of its manufacturing operations. The position offers an opportunity to lead multiple manufacturing facilities and drive the organisation's next phase of operational excellence, automation, productivity and profitable growth . The base location is ~ 400 kms from Mumbai Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end manufacturing operations from Order to Despatch , ensuring delivery against customer commitments. Lead and integrate multiple manufacturing facilities with common operating standards and performance benchmarks. Manufacture products within targeted cost while consistently achieving defined quality standards . Drive operational efficiency, productivity, yield, OEE,



capacity utilisation and margin improvement . Lead high-impact Lean Six Sigma projects with measurable financial and operational benefits. Institutionalise Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) and strengthen equipment reliability. Drive Industry 5.0, automation, robotics, digital manufacturing and smart-factory initiatives . Lead manufacturing scale-up and commercialisation of new products from pilot stage to stable commercial production. Support commissioning, ramp-up and stabilisation of new manufacturing capacities and greenfield/brownfield projects . Drive manufacturing cost optimisation covering materials, manpower, energy, utilities, maintenance, scrap and conversion costs. Ensure world-class EHS, process safety and statutory compliance . Maintain stable and constructive Industrial Relations . Lead annual operating plans, manufacturing budgets and CAPEX effectiveness . Build a strong succession pipeline and dev
