- Ability to conduct technical interviews and evaluate candidatesn
- Strong understanding of real-world MDG scenarios and troubleshootingn
- Excellent communication and explanation skillsn
- Ability to explain complex concepts in a simple, learner-friendly mannern

nExperience as an SAP MDG Trainer / SME / Technical Interviewer will be an added advantage.
