nAssociate Master Data Management
nRole Description:
nThe Master Data Associate – Material, Production & Quality will support the
naccuracy and consistency of master data across the organization. This role will perform data
nvalidation, entry, cleansing, and enrichment while collaborating with teams to resolve issues and
nensure data integrity. The associate will support key performance monitoring, data governance,
nand compliance efforts, as well as assist in data migration and integration projects. Candidates
nshould have a basic understanding of enterprise applications like SAP or Oracle, familiarity with
ndata quality and compliance standards, and solid analytical skills.

nRoles & Responsibilities:
n

n Perform handson creation, maintenance, and validation of Material Master, Production
nelated master data in SAP/ S4HANA environments.
n Ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency of master data across relevant views




n Execute correctness, and data cleanup activities as part of ongoing operations or
ntransformation initiatives
n Support process optimization initiatives to improve data management workflows and
nenhance efficiency
n Collaborate cross-functionally with business, IT, and operations teams to resolve data-
nrelated issues and ensure alignment with organizational goals.

nBasic Qualifications and Experience:
n

n Bachelor’s degree in a STEM discipline and 2-3 years of experience in SAP ECC,
nmaster data management, data governance, or data operations, preferably in the
nhealthcare or biotech supply chains
n Technical Proficiency: Experience in SAP, Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint), and
nother data management tools (e.g., MDG,S4 HANA).
n Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze large datasets and deliver actionable insights.
n Intellectual Curiosity: Driven to learn by asking questions
