About the RolenWe are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Business Development Manager (BDM) to generate new business opportunities, acquire clients, build solid relationships, and drive revenue growth for our IT services and software development business.
Key Responsibilitiesn

- Identify and generate new business opportunities through LinkedIn, Google, email marketing, referrals, networking, B2B platforms, and other channels.n
- Generate qualified leads for web applications, mobile applications, SaaS products, ERP/CRM solutions, and other IT services.n
- Understand client requirements and prepare suitable business proposals.n
- Communicate with domestic and international clients through calls, emails, LinkedIn, Zoom, and meetings.n
- Conduct requirement discussions and coordinate with the technical team for project estimation.n
- Prepare quotations, proposals,



presentations, and Statements of Work (SOW).n
- Follow up with prospects and convert qualified leads into customers.n
- Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and update CRM regularly.n
- Negotiate pricing, timelines, and commercial terms with clients.n
- Build long-term relationships with existing and potential clients.n
- Track competitors, market trends, and new business opportunities.n
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.n
- Coordinate with Project Managers and technical teams during the client onboarding process.n
