nWe are seeking an experienced Database Engineering Lead with strong expertise in database systems and hands-on exposure to application and production environments. The role will be responsible for ensuring database availability, performance, security, reliability, and scalability while supporting business-critical applications.
nEssential Duties and Responsibilities

- Administer, monitor, maintain, and optimize enterprise database systems.n
- Ensure database availability, performance, security, backup, recovery, and disaster-recovery readiness.n
- Troubleshoot complex database and production issues and support root-cause analysis.n
- Work closely with application, development, infrastructure, and production support teams.n
- Support database deployment, migration, upgrades, patching, and performance tuning.n
- Implement database monitoring, automation, capacity planning, and operational best practices.n




- Ensure compliance with database security standards and organizational policies.n
- Provide technical guidance and support for critical production systems.n

nPersonnel Specification

- n
- 10–15 years of relevant experience in database administration and management.n
- Strong expertise in core database systems such as Oracle, Microsoft SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MySQL, or equivalent enterprise platforms.n
- Proven experience supporting application and production environments.n
- Robust knowledge of database architecture, performance tuning, backup and recovery, replication, and high availability.n
- Experience with database migration, upgrades, automation, and monitoring tools.n
- Good analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.n
- Ability to manage critical production issues and work effectively in a high-availability environment.n
