nJob Description / Key Responsibilities:

- n
- Gather business requirements and perform requirement analysis.n
- Lead client and stakeholder meetings, workshops, and discussions.n
- Perform testing, conduct user training, and provide implementation support.n
- Set up and demonstrate Conference Room Pilots (CRPs).n
- Prepare functional specifications and coordinate RICEF developments.n
- Design, configure, and enhance SAP Warranty Management solutions.n
- Work extensively on SAP LO-WTY Warranty Management with solid expertise in SD configuration and pricing.n

- Strong expertise in SAP Warranty Management (LO-WTY).n
- Hands-on experience with:n




- LO-WTY Claim Lifecyclen
- IC/OC Claim Versionsn
- Claim Functionalityn
- SD Pricing and Pricing Enhancementsn
- Strong understanding of validations, substitutions, messages, and business rules using the VSR tool.n
- Experience with Quality Code Catalogs at Header, Version, and Item levels.n
- Knowledge of FICO integration and account key determination.n
- Ability to prepare functional specifications and support testing activities.n

nPreferred Skills:

- Experience with ACS Warranty Add-on.n
- Knowledge of Service Contracts (VA42).n
- Basic understanding of Supplier Recovery.n
- Basic knowledge of ARM.n
