- 15+ years of overall SAP experiencen
- Solid techno‑functional understanding of core SAP modules (e.g., FI, MM, SD, HR, PP – depending on landscape).n
- Proven experience leading application support and enhancement engagements.n
- Solid experience in incident, problem, change, and release management.n
- Working knowledge of SAP ECC and/or S/4HANA architectures.n

nGood-to-Have

- Exposure to SAP S/4HANA migrations or upgrades.n
- Knowledge of SAP Solution Manager, ChaRM, and monitoring tools.n
- ITIL / PMP / Prince2 / Agile certifications.n
- Experience in global delivery and multi‑vendor environments.n

nResponsibility of / Expectations from the Role
nTechnical & Solution Leadership

- n
- Lead SAP design, development, enhancement,



and support activities across SAP modules (ECC / S/4HANA as applicable).n
- Understanding of technical areas including ABAP, OO ABAP, Interfaces (IDocs, RFCs, APIs), Forms (SmartForms/Adobe), Enhancements, Workflows, and integrations.n
- Ensure compliance with SAP best practices, development standards, performance optimization, and security guidelines.n
- Drive technical root cause analysis and resolution for complex production incidents.n

nApplication Support Management

- n
- Own L2/L3 support delivery, ensuring adherence to SLAs, KPIs, and service quality metrics.n
- Lead incident, problem, and change management activities; ensure permanent fixes and prevention of recurring issues.n
- Coordinate with functional teams, Basis, Security, and external vendors for issue resolution and system stability.n
- Support audits, transport management, and system health checks.n
