About the Role
We are looking for a hands-on Lead / Manager – IT Infrastructure & Network to own and scale Amber's internal IT environment.
This role requires someone with solid experience across IT infrastructure, networking, IT operations, asset management and access management. We’re looking for someone who has personally managed and improved the IT environment of a growing organisation and is comfortable combining hands-on problem-solving with team and stakeholder management.
You'll be responsible for ensuring our office and employee IT infrastructure is reliable, secure and scalable, while building processes that support teams across locations.

What You'll Own
Network & IT Infrastructure
- Own and manage LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, VPNs, firewalls and network access controls.




- Manage office network infrastructure, including switches, access points, cabling and connectivity.
- Monitor network availability and performance and proactively resolve infrastructure issues.
- Manage and improve IT infrastructure across offices, employees and business systems.
- Manage core environments including Microsoft 365, Active Directory/Entra ID and endpoint infrastructure.
- Ensure appropriate backup, disaster recovery and business-continuity processes are in place.
- Work with vendors and service providers for network, infrastructure and IT requirements.

IT Operations & Support
- Oversee day-to-day IT operations and L2/L3 support across the organisation.
- Ensure timely resolution of infrastructure, network, device and access-related issues.
