Position Summary
n

nThe role is to deliver support to end users in the organization for various types of applications hosted on supported platforms to fulfil business objectives efficiently and effectively.
n

nMajor Tasks, Responsibilities, and Key Accountabilities
n

n● Need a high level of technical knowledge about Windows server including Active Directory,
nDHCP, DNS, WSUS, and WDS.
n● Maintain overall ownership of employee’s technical issues & service ensuring that they receive
nresolution within a reasonable time frame.
n● Interact with employees via chat to assist in troubleshooting, identify root cause, and provide
ntechnical support when needed.
n● Assist in Problem Management by identifying recurring issues and recommending permanent
nsolutions.
n● Continuously seek process improvements within IT Operations Support
n● Proactively host training sessions and develop guides to support end-user education
n● Develop technical documentation to add to the department knowledgebase to ensure
nappropriate knowledge transfer and sharing.




n● Assist Network and Systems Engineering /Solution teams with hands on support of network
nand server equipment
n● Perform routine/scheduled audits of the computers.
n● Patch Management and Vendor Management.
n● Maintain IT inventory and asset configuration documentation.
n● Ability to work independently and in a team setting.
n● Workaround if incident cannot be resolved.
n● Discusses issues with users and translates issues to determine appropriate technical solutions
n● Demonstrates consistency and reliability.
n● Excellent interpersonal and communications skills.
n● Excellent time management, decision making and organizational skills.
n

nShould have experience in –
n● Gsuite, Fortinet firewall, Bitdefender, Bit locker, Ivanti end point management, Group Policy.
n

nPreferred Qualifications & Experience.
n

n● 5-7 years of experience in IT Infrastructure.
