- Works with customers along with appropriate internal and external resources (e.g. Cisco account teams, partners) on the strategy/deployment/optimization of Cisco services and solutions • Assists with task/project implementation for assigned customer engagements • Jointly creates and review project deliverables e.g. Design recommendations, High Level Design, Low Level Design, Implementation/Change Management Plans • Builds and/or leverage test environments as required to solve medium complex problems and compatibility issues • Understands how software skills and tools can be used to configure, deploy and/or troubleshoot Cisco products and solutions • Acts as an initial focal point for problem resolution for assigned customer engagements. Provides support for proper and quick resolution of customer problems across an appropriate range of technologies. Scope:
• Collaborates proactively with appropriate internal stakeholders to ensure optimal use of resources to meet customer needs • Typically interacts with individual contributors and managers; may interact with customers Complexity: • Exercises judgement with defined procedures and practices to determine appropriate actions Works on problems of moderate scope and complexity that may require analysis of situations, data, or problemsn
- Prior experience of conducting customer workshops, High level and low level network design experience would be preferred.n
- Experience with Virtualization (OpenStack / VMware vSphere / Microsoft Hyper V / Red Hat KVM / Linux Containers etc) CX Centres Skilled Services Consolidatedn
- Routing & Switching Ent Domainn
- Knowledge of emerging technologies like SDA/ SDWAN preferredn
- Knowledge of UCS products and Hyperflex , DCNM, Nexus Dashboardn
- Network automation skills preferred (Python/ Ansible/ GoLang/ Splunk)n
