Job Description
We are looking for a candidate to join our Sales and Marketing team at Medanta Noida who will be responsible for establishing Medanta as the preferred healthcare destination among physicians, public sector units, and hospitals. This role will be responsible for planning and executing outreach initiatives to enhance the hospital's visibility, strengthen community relationships, and drive patient footfall through awareness programs, camps, and strategic partnerships.

nTo establish Medanta Noida as the first choice in healthcare among the community outreach.

nJob Responsibility:

- n
- Plan and organize community based activities, camps & OPD’sn
- Coordinate with marketing, PR and communication teams to ensure brand consistency.n
- Analysis and review all community outreach programs.n
- Build relationship with customers, potential customers,



physicians and other officials.n
- Liaise with sale team and stay updated on recent services and programs.n
- Training and capacity building of community outreach teamn
- New Associations / Tie-Ups to Promote Medantan
- Engagement with referral doctors.n
- Conduct RWA Connect Activities.n

nKey Qualification, Skills and Attributes
n

n5+ years of experience in healthcare marketing
nMBA with specialization in marketing would be an advantage
nStrategic thinking and planning
nData-driven decision making
nStrong networking and relationship-building skills
nExcellent communication and negotiation skills
