Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) Consultant with around 2 years of hands-on experience in configuration, implementation, enhancement, and production support activities.
The candidate should have a good understanding of Core HR processes and practical experience in configuring Employee Central functionalities.
Key Responsibilities
- Configure and support SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central based on business requirements.
- Understand business requirements and perform fit-gap analysis against standard SF EC functionality.
- Configure Foundation Objects, MDF Objects, Associations, and Data Models .
- Configure and maintain Business Rules, Workflows, Event Reasons, and Event Reason Derivations .
- Work on Role-Based Permissions (RBP), Permission Groups, and Agile Groups .
- Support employee lifecycle processes including:
- Hire
- Rehire




- Transfer
- Promotion
- Job/Position changes
- Termination
- Work on Position Management and organizational structures.
- Perform employee data imports, data validation, and error resolution.
- Support EC integrations with Payroll, HRIS, and third-party systems .
- Participate in testing activities including Unit Testing, SIT, UAT, and regression testing .
- Prepare functional specifications, configuration documents, test cases, and user documentation.
- Provide production support, troubleshoot issues, and perform root-cause analysis.
- Coordinate with business users and other SAP/HR technology teams.
- Support quarterly SuccessFactors releases and assess the impact of new features.

Must-Have Skills
- 2+ years of hands-on experience in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central.
- Strong understanding of Core HR / Hire-to-Retire processes .
- Hands-on experience in:
- Employee Central Data Model
