nWe are looking for a high-impact Channel Sales Assistant Manager / Manager to drive revenue through education channel partners for Hero Vired’s Online Degrees programs. The role involves end-to-end ownership of channel partner performance, activation, productivity, and revenue growth across assigned regions.

nKey Responsibilities
nChannel Partner Management
n• Manage end-to-end channel sales operations across assigned regions/cities.
n• Identify, onboard, train, and activate new education channel partners.
n• Drive partner productivity, engagement, and revenue contribution.
n• Build long-term relationships with key channel partners and stakeholders.
n

nRevenue & Business Growth
n• Achieve enrolment and revenue targets through channel-led sales.
n• Monitor funnel metrics: leads, conversions, enrolments, and closures.




n• Plan and execute regional sales strategies aligned with business goals.
n• Identify growth opportunities within existing and current partner networks.
n

nProgram & Product Alignment
n• Ensure partners are well-versed with degree programs, working professional courses, fees,
neligibility, loan options, and specializations.
n• Act as a bridge between channel partners, internal sales teams, and university SPOCs.
n• Support partners with marketing initiatives, webinars, events, and local promotions.
n

nGovernance, MIS & Compliance
n• Track and publish daily/weekly/monthly MIS on partner performance.
n• Ensure adherence to pricing, compliance, and brand guidelines.
n• Resolve partner escalations and operational challenges promptly.
nTeam & Stakeholder Collaboration
n• Work closely with central sales, marketing, ops, and academic teams.
n• Provide market feedback on competition, pricing, and partner trends.
