- Manage macOS devices using JAMF Pron
- Manage iOS/iPadOS devices using Intune and JAMFn
- Configure Apple Business Manager (ABM) and Automated Device Enrollment (ADE)n
- Manage Windows Autopilot and zero-touch provisioningn
- Implement Conditional Access, endpoint security, compliance policies, and Microsoft Defendern
- Deploy and manage applications across Windows and Apple platformsn
- Create automation and remediation scripts using PowerShell and Bash/Shelln
- Troubleshoot endpoint enrollment, application deployment, compliance,



and security issuesn
- Support endpoint lifecycle management, migrations, and enterprise mobility initiativesn
