Job Overview: Senior role within NovaaOne Capital’s Healthcare / FIG Investment Banking practice, with responsibility for leading transactions, driving business origination and building senior client relationships

nQualifications:

- Education: MBA from a top tier Institute/CA; CFA would be an added advantagen
- Experience: 10-12 years of Investment Banking experience, with strong transaction execution experience or relevant sector experiencen

nKey Responsibilities:
n
- n
- Lead end-to-end execution of M&A;, IPO and capital raising transactions across the Healthcare sectorn
- Drive business origination and client relationships, including senior-level engagement with promoters, CXOs and investorsn
- Identify and develop new M&A; and capital markets opportunities through sector expertise, market intelligence and investor relationshipsn
- Provide strategic, financial and valuation oversight across transactions, including structuring, negotiations and transaction strategyn
- Maintain solid understanding of regulatory frameworks, policies,



market developments, and news flow, and assess their implications on transactions and clientsn
- Lead and mentor transaction teams, ensuring high-quality execution and deliveryn
