Key Responsibilities

n

n
1. Solid experience in SAP Ariba, SAP Concur, Workday, and enterprise application integrations .
n
2. Design and implement global e-Invoicing solutions aligned with business and regulatory requirements.
n
3. Integrate Workday, Ariba, Concur, Sabrix, and other enterprise applications with e-Invoicing platforms and government portals.
n
4. Develop and maintain APIs, REST services, middleware interfaces,



and integration solutions for invoice processing and tax compliance.
n
5. Configure and manage invoice data mapping, validation rules, tax determination, and document exchange formats (JSON, XML, UBL) .
n
6. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to invoice transmission, validation, acknowledgments, and compliance reporting .
n
7. Ensure secure and compliant data exchange between enterprise systems, tax authorities, and third-party service providers .
n
8. Collaborate with business, finance, procurement, and tax teams to support global e-Invoicing transformation initiatives.
n
9. Participate in solution design, testing, deployment, and hypercare support activities .
n
10. Support regulatory changes related to GST, VAT, Peppol, and country-specific e-Invoicing mandates .
