Manager: Internal Auditor UK

n

Location: Ahmedabad, Noida, Mumbai

n

Experience: 5 to 7 years (Mandatory relevant experience in UK accounting and internal audit)

n

Skills & Experience

n

n
- Strong understanding of financial statements, accounting principles, balance sheet reconciliation, and P&L; analysis.
n
- Comfortable working with large data sets, reconciliations, Excel-based review files, and client reporting formats.
n
- CA / Inter CA /ACCA or equivalent qualification preferred.
n
- 5 to 7 years of relevant experience in internal audit, external audit, financial controls, finance operations, risk advisory, or F&A; process review.
n
- Experience in KPO, shared services, property management accounting, real estate accounting, client accounting, or outsourced finance operations will be an advantage.
n
- Prior exposure to audit coordination, balance sheet review, month-end close controls, and process documentation preferred.
n
- Advanced MS Excel skills expected; experience with Power BI, audit tools,



ERP/accounting systems, or workflow platforms will be an added advantage.

Responsibilities

n

Financial statement review notes

n

Documented review of Balance Sheet, P&L; and related schedules with exceptions and follow-up actions.

n

Audit working papers

n

Structured testing sheets, evidence references, sampling details and conclusion notes.

n

Audit report

n

Explicit summary of scope, findings, risk rating, impact, recommendations, owner and target date.

n

Risk and control matrix

n

Updated process risks, existing controls, gaps, recommended controls, owner, and frequency.

n

Action tracker

n

Management action plan with ownership, due dates, status and ageing of open points.

n

External audit support pack

n

Evidence pack and response tracker for external auditor or client audit queries.

n
