Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Pediatric Physiotherapist role based in Bengaluru.

The Pediatric

Physiotherapist will assess infants, children, and adolescents with motor, developmental, and neurological challenges, and create goal-oriented, evidence-based treatment plans. Daily responsibilities include providing hands-on therapy sessions, monitoring progress, updating documentation, and coordinating with other therapists and medical professionals to deliver integrated care. The role involves educating parents and caregivers on home exercise programs, postural management, and strategies to support functional independence.





The Pediatric

Physiotherapist will also contribute to case discussions, participate in team meetings, and help maintain a safe, child-friendly therapy environment.

Qualifications

- Formal education in Physiotherapy (Bachelor’s or Master’s in Physiotherapy), with specialization or significant experience in pediatrics.
- Competence in pediatric assessments, treatment planning, and delivery of interventions for developmental delay, neurological conditions, musculoskeletal issues, and sensory-motor difficulties.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and to guide, inform, and support families and caregivers.
- Ability to maintain accurate clinical documentation, follow ethical and safety standards, and comply with regulatory and skilled guidelines.
- Capacity to work full time on-site in Bengaluru, managing a clinical caseload, prioritizing tasks, and adapting to the needs of children with diverse abilities.
- Comfort with using basic technology for record-keeping, reporting, and coordination, and willingness to participate in ongoing career development.
- Prior experience in a pediatric therapy or rehabilitation setting is preferred; relevant certifications or training in pediatric neurodevelopmental therapy or sensory integration are a plus.
