Senior Patent Analyst / Team Lead – Patent Litigation & Licensing

We are looking for a Senior Patent Analyst / Team Lead to contribute to our growing Patent Litigation & Licensing Support practice.

This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who enjoys solving complex patent problems, working with clients, developing people, and finding better ways to deliver value—not simply managing a queue of projects.

What you will work on

You will work on complex patent research and analysis assignments, including:

- Invalidity and prior-art searches
- Invalidity rebuttal analysis
- Litigation-grade claim charts
- Evidence of Use (EoU) charts
- Freedom-to-Operate (FTO) analysis
- Patent portfolio evaluation
- Standard Essential Patent (SEP) checks and analysis
- Patent landscapes and competitive intelligence (optional)
- Other patent litigation, licensing and technology intelligence assignments

What we are looking for

Typically 5+ years of relevant experience in patent research, patent analysis, litigation support or related IP work, with the ability to:

1. Independently understand complex technologies and translate them into clear, structured analysis for clients and team members.
2. Demonstrate strong experience in patent searching, analysis and interpretation, particularly in litigation and licensing support.
3. Lead projects and guide teams, ensuring strong execution, quality, timely delivery and effective use of team capabilities.
4. Mentor and develop analysts, recognize individual strengths and growth potential, and help team members become stronger professionals.
5. Communicate confidently with clients,



understand their requirements and present complex technical or analytical concepts in a clear and meaningful way.
6. Identify inefficiencies or quality concerns early and take initiative to address them.
7. Build strong skilled relationships through clear, open and timely communication, both within the team and with clients.
8. Volunteer for new challenges rather than waiting to be asked, and take ownership of responsibilities beyond the immediate assignment.
9. Look at new responsibilities as opportunities to learn, contribute and grow.
10. Focus on the value created, not merely on completing the assigned task.
11. Understand that a strong team enables greater impact than people can achieve individually.
