Company Description TALFOR is an IT security firm specializing in cybersecurity, AI security, digital forensics, incident response, SOC operations, automation playbooks, training, and security consultancy services.

Role Description This is a part time, on-site faculty role based in Bengaluru, focused on Digital Forensics, AI Security, and Cybersecurity. The faculty member will design and deliver course content, develop practical labs and case studies, and teach learners foundational and advanced concepts in digital forensics, AI security, and cybersecurity. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing and updating teaching materials, conducting interactive classroom sessions, mentoring learners on projects, and evaluating assignments and assessments.

The role also involves staying current with emerging threats, tools, and best practices, collaborating with internal teams to align curriculum with industry needs, and participating in workshops or guest sessions as required.

Qualifications

- Strong knowledge of cybersecurity fundamentals, network security, threat analysis, and incident response.
- Hands-on experience in digital forensics,



including evidence collection, preservation, analysis, and reporting.
- Understanding of AI security concepts, such as adversarial attacks, model integrity, data privacy, and secure AI deployment.
- Familiarity with SOC operations, security monitoring tools, automation playbooks, and common security frameworks.
- Proficiency with relevant tools and technologies (e.g., forensics suites, SIEM solutions, scripting or automation tools).
- Prior teaching, training, or mentoring experience in IT security or related technical disciplines is highly beneficial.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and classroom management skills, with the ability to explain complex topics clearly.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, AI Security, Cybersecurity, Digital Forensics, or a closely related field; relevant certifications (such as CEH, CHFI, GIAC, or similar) are an advantage.
