About the RoleSymosis Security is seeking an experienced cybersecurity growth marketer to help generate qualified opportunities and support revenue growth.

This role will focus on demand generation, market positioning, cybersecurity content, partner and PR activity, sales enablement, outreach, and marketing performance. Website management, social media, and SEO are supporting activities; the primary goal is to generate qualified opportunities and revenue.

This is initially a part-time role of approximately 20 hours per week at $500 per month. The engagement will be reviewed after 90 days based on performance, qualified pipeline generated, business needs, and mutual fit.

Key Responsibilities

- Define target industries, buyer personas, priority accounts, and market segments.
- Develop messaging and packaged service offers.
- Build targeted demand-generation and account-based marketing campaigns.
- Manage LinkedIn outreach, email campaigns, webinars, events, and executive engagement.
- Manage and update the Symosis website using Wix.
- Improve website visibility through SEO and authoritative cybersecurity content.
- Create articles, executive posts, case studies, capability sheets, newsletters, presentations, and campaign materials.
- Manage PR, awards submissions, media outreach, podcasts, speaking opportunities, and industry events.
- Build technology, referral, association, and cybersecurity-community relationships.
- Create sales-enablement materials, proposal content,



email sequences, and client collateral.
- Coordinate with Swapnil on lead research, Apollo and HeyReach data, segmentation, and Zoho CRM.
- Track target-account engagement, meetings, qualified opportunities, pipeline, and revenue contribution.
- Provide a concise monthly marketing report with results and recommendations.

Required Qualifications
- 5–7+ years of marketing, growth marketing, content marketing, digital marketing, or communications experience.
- Direct cybersecurity marketing experience required.
- Experience marketing cybersecurity consulting, engineering, SaaS, or professional services.
- Demonstrated experience generating qualified leads, meetings, opportunities, or revenue.
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity services and ability to explain technical topics accurately.
- Experience with LinkedIn, email marketing, content, PR, partner marketing, SEO, and campaign execution.
- Experience managing websites, preferably Wix.
- Solid professional English writing and editing skills.
- Ability to work independently for approximately 20 hours per week.
- Ability to work consistently from 8:00 AM–12:00 PM Pacific Time for internal coordination.

Preferred Qualifications
- Enterprise account-based marketing and demand-generation experience.
- Experience supporting cybersecurity sales cycles, proposals, events, webinars, or executive outreach.
- Experience with Google Analytics, Search Console, CRM systems, email platforms, and SEO tools.
- Experience creating case studies, technical blogs, research reports, newsletters, podcasts, or webinars.
- Familiarity with AI security, penetration testing, cloud security, GRC, or managed security services.
