Role Description The Part-Time Accountant at NORTHSTONE CORP will manage day-to-day accounting activities, including recording financial transactions, maintaining ledgers, and assisting with accounts payable and receivable. The role involves preparing and reviewing invoices, reconciling bank statements, and supporting month-end and year-end closing processes. The Accountant will help prepare basic financial reports, ensure compliance with internal controls,



and coordinate with project and operations teams to track expenses and budgets.

This is a part time, on-site role based in Navi Mumbai, requiring regular presence at the office and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, bookkeeping, and general ledger management.
- Experience with accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, or similar) and proficiency in MS Excel.
- Ability to handle accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliations, and basic financial reporting.
- Attention to detail, accuracy in data entry, and strong numerical and analytical skills.
- Good organizational and time-management abilities to handle part-time schedules and multiple tasks.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills for coordination with finance, project, and operations teams.
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field.
- Prior experience in construction, engineering, or project-based industries is an advantage.
