We’re looking for an experienced Paid Ads Specialist / Manager to join our digital marketing team and manage performance-driven advertising campaigns for our clients.

? Key Responsibilities

- Plan, set up, manage and optimise Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.
- Develop paid advertising strategies based on client goals and budgets.
- Conduct keyword research, audience targeting and competitor analysis.
- Monitor campaign performance, conversions, CPA, ROAS and overall ROI.
- Manage campaign budgets and ensure productive allocation of ad spend.
- Create and test different ad copies, audiences and campaign strategies.
- Analyse performance data and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Prepare regular performance reports and provide actionable insights.
- Work closely with the SEO, content, design and account management teams.
- Stay updated with changes in Google Ads, Meta Ads and digital advertising trends.

? Requirements




- Proven experience managing Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.
- Strong understanding of PPC, conversion tracking and campaign optimisation.
- Experience managing multiple client accounts and advertising budgets.
- Good analytical and reporting skills.
- Ability to understand campaign performance and take data-driven decisions.
- Experience with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager and Looker Studio is an advantage.
- Excellent communication and time-management skills.
