? We’re Hiring: Packaging Development & Coordination Executive

? Location: Juinagar, Navi Mumbai

? Experience: 1–3 years

We are looking for a proactive Packaging Development & Coordination Executive to manage customized packaging projects from client brief through final execution.

Key Responsibilities

- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable packaging solutions
- Coordinate structural design, artwork, sampling and prototyping
- Prepare quotations, material requirements and basic cost calculations
- Coordinate with production teams, vendors and suppliers
- Monitor job timelines, quality checks, finishing and dispatch
- Manage client communication, project updates and follow-ups
- Support the development of corrugated boxes, rigid boxes, mono cartons, protective fitments and paper-based displays
- Maintain job details, material records and project documentation

Required Skills





- Good understanding of printing and packaging materials and processes
- Solid communication, coordination and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple packaging projects and deadlines
- Knowledge of MS Office; Adobe Illustrator or packaging-design software will be an advantage

Qualification

Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Printing Technology, Packaging Technology, Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
