Role Description The Owner role is a full-time, on-site position based in Coimbatore, responsible for leading and managing all aspects of PK Digital Marketing Services’ operations and growth. Day-to-day tasks include setting business strategy, overseeing digital marketing campaigns, managing client relationships, and ensuring high service quality and performance across projects. The Owner will guide team members, allocate resources, and establish processes that support efficient delivery of digital marketing, social media, and advertising services.

This role also involves business development, financial oversight, and identifying new market opportunities to expand the agency’s client base. The Owner will represent the company in client meetings and industry events, maintaining a robust professional network and promoting the agency’s brand.

Qualifications

- Strong experience in digital marketing leadership, including brand promotion, inbound marketing, and digital advertising.
- Proficiency in social media marketing and social media advertising, with a track record of driving engagement and conversions.




- Knowledge of reputation management and conversion optimization across multiple digital channels and platforms.
- Proven ability in business management, including strategic planning, financial oversight, and operations management.
- Demonstrated client relationship management skills, with the ability to understand client needs and translate them into effective campaigns.
- Experience building and leading diverse teams, fostering collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with comfort using data and metrics to guide decisions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; additional regional languages are an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field; advanced qualifications are a plus.
- Prior experience in agency environments or entrepreneurial roles in the digital marketing space is highly beneficial.
