About the Role

Stars N Celebs is looking for a proactive and well-connected Outreach Manager – Colleges & Associations to build relationships with colleges, universities, professional associations, cultural organisations, artist communities, and other institutions.

The primary objective of this role is to create institutional partnerships and opportunities that help Stars N Celebs discover, onboard, engage, and promote emerging artists and talent.

This is a relationship-driven role for someone who enjoys meeting people, opening doors, presenting ideas, and turning conversations into partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and approach colleges, universities, student bodies, professional associations, cultural organisations, and artist communities.
- Establish relationships with principals, faculty members, placement teams, cultural committees, student coordinators, association office-bearers, and other relevant decision-makers.
- Present Stars N Celebs and its artist ecosystem to institutions and associations.
- Develop and execute college and association outreach programs.
- Explore opportunities for:
- Artist registrations and talent discovery
- Campus activations
- Talent hunts and competitions
- Workshops and networking events
- Micro-dramas and creative projects




- Artist showcases
- Brand collaborations
- Institutional partnerships
- Coordinate with internal teams to execute approved campaigns and activations.
- Maintain a database of colleges, associations, contacts, meetings, follow-ups, and partnership status.
- Follow up consistently with prospective institutional partners and convert discussions into actionable opportunities.
- Identify influential student leaders, coordinators, association members, and community representatives who can help expand outreach.
- Represent Stars N Celebs professionally at meetings, events, campuses, and industry gatherings.
- Submit regular reports on meetings, leads, partnerships, registrations, and conversions.

- Experience in college outreach, events,



media & entertainment, education, associations, community building, or business development will be an advantage.
