Role Description The Outreach Intern is a full-time remote role responsible for supporting Devionyx’s communication and community engagement efforts. Day-to-day tasks include assisting with outreach campaigns, communicating with community members and partners via email and social platforms, and responding to basic inquiries in a professional and helpful manner. The intern will conduct research to identify potential partners, communities, and opportunities for collaboration, and help prepare outreach materials, including written messages and simple reports.

The role also involves maintaining accurate records of outreach activities, tracking responses, and sharing updates with the team.



This position is designed to provide hands-on experience in outreach, communications, and relationship building while working closely with team members in a fully remote environment.

- Robust Communication and Writing skills to engage clearly and professionally with diverse audiences.
- Customer Service and Community Outreach skills to support positive interactions and build relationships with stakeholders.
- Research skills to identify opportunities, gather information, and prepare concise summaries for outreach initiatives.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting, manage time effectively, and stay organized across multiple tasks.
- Comfort with basic digital tools (email, online collaboration platforms, spreadsheets) and willingness to learn new systems.
- Interest in community engagement, partnerships, or social impact initiatives; prior internship or volunteer experience is a plus.
- Currently enrolled in or recently completed a program in Communications, Social Sciences, Marketing, or a related field is beneficial but not required.
