Role Description The Outreach Intern is a full-time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad. This position involves supporting outreach campaigns to increase brand visibility, build partnerships, and engage online and local communities. Day-to-day responsibilities include researching potential collaborators and target audiences, drafting outreach messages and follow-up communications, and assisting with social media and email initiatives.

The intern will help manage inquiries from prospects, maintain outreach tracking spreadsheets or CRM tools, and coordinate with internal marketing and content teams to align messaging and campaigns.



The role also includes contributing ideas to outreach strategies, participating in team meetings, and providing regular reports on outreach activities and outcomes.

Qualifications

- Strong communication skills, including clear verbal communication and professional written correspondence.
- Customer service and community outreach skills to build positive relationships and respond to inquiries effectively.
- Research skills to identify relevant communities, partners, and platforms for outreach initiatives.
- Writing skills to craft concise, engaging outreach messages, social media posts, and basic campaign content.
- Ability to work in office in Ahmedabad, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and manage time across multiple tasks.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts, social media platforms, and online brand engagement is an advantage.
- Comfort with tools such as spreadsheets, email platforms, and social media management tools; CRM experience is a plus.
- Current enrollment in or recent completion of a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field is preferred.
