We're hiring: Outbound Sales Associate (Commission-Heavy)

Rizzetal is a growth and conversion agency working with home service businesses in the UK & USA. We help them book more qualified appointments through a performance-based lead gen system.

We're looking for one person to own outbound calling. This is not a content role, not an email role, just calls.

What you get

What you'll do

- Make outbound cold calls to home service business owners in the UK
- Follow a script and objection-handling playbook we give you, and get sharper at it every week
- Book qualified meetings directly onto our calendar
- Log every call through our dialer so we can both track what's working

What we're looking for





- Comfortable talking to strangers on the phone and handling rejection without it throwing you off
- Explicit/Fluent spoken English, since you'll be calling UK/USA business owners
- Someone who wants to get good at sales, not just complete a task list
- No prior experience required, we'll train you on the script, objections, and offer

Compensation

- Base + 10-15% commission on every deal closed from a meeting you booked
- This is a role where your effort directly shows up in your paycheck
