Job Title: Order Management with Logistics

Key Responsibilities:

? Lead day-to-day fulfillment operations, including transport planning, carrier coordination, order validation, and fulfillment execution .

? Allocate work and manage operational queues to ensure adherence to SLA, productivity, quality, and accuracy targets .

? Supervise the complete fulfillment process, from order onboarding and validation through execution and delivery coordination .

? Manage, coach, and mentor team members while driving performance management, employee engagement, and capability development .

? Review fulfillment outputs to ensure accuracy, compliance, quality standards, and audit readiness .

? Act as the primary escalation point for operational, logistics, carrier, and fulfillment-related issues.

? Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for recurring operational issues and implement appropriate corrective and preventive actions.

? Govern and ensure adherence to training programs, work instructions, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and process guidelines .

? Identify opportunities for automation, process optimization, continuous improvement, and change management .

? Monitor freight audits, carrier performance, logistics KPIs, delivery performance, and cost trends .

? Work closely with internal teams, logistics partners, carriers,



and other stakeholders to resolve issues and ensure smooth operations.

? Participate in client meetings, operational reviews, and service governance discussions .

? Prepare and present dashboards, MIS reports, operational metrics, and performance updates to management and other stakeholders.

Required Skills & Experience:

✔ Graduate in any discipline.

✔ Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in Order Fulfillment, Logistics, Supply Chain, Transportation, or Operations Management .

✔ Strong understanding of fulfillment operations, transport planning, carrier management, and logistics processes .

✔ Proven experience in people management, work allocation, queue management, and delivery management .

✔ Ability to manage operational SLAs, productivity, quality, and accuracy metrics.

✔ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience in RCA and corrective action implementation .

✔ Exposure to ERP systems, BI/reporting tools, workflow management tools, and operational dashboards .

✔ Experience in process improvement, automation, and change management initiatives will be an added advantage.

✔ Strong communication, stakeholder management, and client-facing skills .

- ✔ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
