Lead – Oracle Primavera Unifier

Job Type: Contract | Location: Remote

We are seeking an experienced Project Management Lead with solid expertise in Oracle Primavera Unifier to lead end-to-end program and project delivery, ensuring successful execution, stakeholder alignment, and achievement of business objectives.

Key Responsibilities • Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of programs and projects.

• Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables.

• Track project progress and ensure schedule, quality, and budget adherence.

• Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) and manage cross-functional teams.

• Collaborate with business stakeholders and contribute to strategic decision-making.

• Identify project risks and develop effective mitigation strategies.

• Optimize resource allocation and project schedules across complex initiatives.





• Facilitate stakeholder communication and provide regular project status updates.

• Resolve project challenges and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

• Mentor junior team members and support team capability development.

Required Skills • 7.5+ years of hands-on experience in Oracle Primavera Unifier. • Strong knowledge of project lifecycle management and delivery methodologies. • Experience managing large-scale programs and cross-functional project teams. • Expertise in stakeholder management, risk management, and resource planning. • Strong proficiency in project tracking, reporting, and schedule optimization. • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
