About the Position

This position is within Daskalos, the strategic initiative of Emeritus, and will be responsible for leading institutional engagement, partnership development, and corridor engagement across the Australian and Commonwealth education ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the development of institutional partnerships across the Australian and Commonwealth education corridor, including schools, vocational providers, healthcare training bodies, and community organisations.
- Serve as the organisation’s senior representative to Australian institutional stakeholders, alumni networks, and education bodies,



leveraging established sector relationships.
- Advise leadership on Australian and Commonwealth institutional culture, decision-making structures, and stakeholder expectations to inform market entry and partner engagement strategy.
- Design and deliver engagement programming for prospective international students and their families, drawing on qualified experience in youth and family liaison within regulated duty-of-care settings.
- Establish governance and compliance standards for partner engagement and student data handling, including confidential records practice aligned to institutional and statutory requirements.
- Build and supervise the corridor engagement team, with responsibility for planning, reporting, and performance oversight.
- Provide market intelligence on Australian and Commonwealth education ecosystems to inform product positioning and partnership prioritisation.
- Contribute to capability transfer by briefing and training India-based outreach colleagues on international institutional practice.

Minimum 6 – 7 years of relevant experience in international education, institutional partnerships, stakeholder engagement, student recruitment, or a related field.
