About the Role: The role requires a techno-functional specialist who will bridge the gap between functional analysts and technical specialists, ensuring seamless integration and configuration for OTC and PTP processes.
Experience Level: 5+ Years Responsibilities: Bridge the gap between functional analysts and the Technical Specialist for incidents requiring both module knowledge and integration/configuration awareness. Diagnose incidents where an OTC or PTP business process failure is caused by an OIC integration issue, configuration mismatch, or REST API data error. Monitor OIC integration dashboards for OTC/PTP-impacting flows; triage adapter errors and connector failures at functional-technical boundary.
Coordinate with Integration Architect for root cause analysis on complex OIC integration failures affecting OTC/PTP modules. Provide surge capacity during hyper care and go-live windows where functional-technical boundary incidents spike. Document functional-to-technical handoff procedures for OTC/PTP incidents and maintain cross-boundary runbooks.
