We are looking for a seasoned Oracle Fusion HCM Lead with 10+ years of HCM experience and strong functional leadership and hands-on configuration expertise in Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Oracle Fusion Payroll and Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC), along with implementation experience across Core HR and Talent modules.

Key Skills & Qualifications

- 10+ years of experience in Oracle HCM, including Oracle EBS and Fusion HCM Cloud.
- Strong hands-on expertise in Oracle Fusion Payroll, including configuration, payroll processing, statutory compliance, and reporting.
- Extensive functional experience in Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC) and end-to-end recruitment processes.
- Good implementation experience in Core HR, including enterprise structures, workforce structures, and employee lifecycle management.
- Functional experience in Absence, Goals & Performance, Compensation, Talent/Profile Management, Succession, Learning, and Oracle Time & Labor (OTL).
- Strong knowledge of Saudi/GCC localization, payroll regulations, statutory requirements, and compliance.
- Hands-on experience with HCM Data Loader (HDL) for data migration and data loads.




- Experience in OTBI reporting, dashboards, security roles, data access, workflows, and approval rules.
- Solid customer-facing skills with experience in requirement gathering, workshops, solution design, UAT, and stakeholder management.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, HR, or a related discipline.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end Oracle Fusion HCM implementations, from As-Is analysis and requirements through Go-Live and post-production support.
- Act as the functional owner for Payroll and ORC, leading solution design and configuration.
- Conduct business workshops, gather requirements, and translate business needs into scalable HCM solutions.
- Configure, test, and deploy HCM modules and support SIT/UAT and production issues.
- Lead HDL data migration, OTBI reporting, security, workflows, and approval hierarchy configuration.
- Ensure solutions meet Saudi/GCC localization and statutory compliance requirements.
- Provide functional leadership, stakeholder communication, and mentoring to the HCM team.
