Role: Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM Lead Consultant (Order-to-Cash / Order Management)

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM Lead Consultant with specialized functional expertise in Order-to-Cash (OTC) and Order Management (OM). The candidate will be responsible for leading solution design, business requirement mapping, complex configurations, and end-to-end delivery of Fusion Order Orchestration and Promising implementations for large-scale enterprise clients.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end implementation, configuration, and rollout of Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM Order-to-Cash business processes.
- Design and configure Distributed Order Management (DOM) / Order Orchestration flows, Global Order Promising (GOP) rules, and ATP sourcing assignments.
- Implement and manage Oracle Advanced Pricing strategies, pricing algorithms, modifiers, and Shipping Execution setups.
- Deliver key project deliverables, including BR100 configuration workbooks, functional design documents (FDD), and fit-gap assessments.
- Drive Conference Room Pilots (CRP), System Integration Testing (SIT), and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) cycles through to Go-Live and Hypercare.
- Collaborate closely with technical integration teams on FBDI data migrations,



REST/SOAP web services, and Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) touchpoints.

Required Mandatory Skills

- Minimum 8+ years of total experience with a core focus on Oracle SCM applications, including dedicated hands-on experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud SaaS.
- Proven track record in functional configuration of Oracle Fusion Order Management (OM), Distributed Order Management (DOM), Global Order Promising (GOP), and Advanced Pricing.
- Deep understanding of configure-to-order (CTO), back-to-back, drop-ship, and internal transfer order orchestration.
- Solid functional leadership, requirement gathering, client-facing communication, and solution documentation capabilities.

Preferred / Supplementary Skills

- Hands-on experience with FBDI/ADFdi data templates and integration flows connecting Fusion OM with Oracle Receivables (AR) and Channel Revenue Management.
- Familiarity with Oracle Redwood UX and recent quarterly release updates.
- Prior experience delivering Oracle Cloud engagements within top-tier consulting environments.
